In 1972, Vicens Arnall opened the first Arnall butchery in Palamós. Before, I had learned the trade with different butchers from the Empordà. A year later his wife, Teresa Barris, added herself. Since then, new outlets have been opening up and since the 1990s, a second generation has been incorporated into the company.
